It may be okay now for 2 SDTV, 1 HDTV, phone line or two, and a DSL like Internet service.  What happens down the road when cablecos or potentially third-party operators come to town and offer 50 Mbit/s symmetrical at $39.95 a month as they do on the UTOPIA network?
